Since shipping costs weren’t too high, I ordered both sets directly from the manufacturer and took the plunge. It took almost a month for the package to find its way to me. But opening it up immediately made up for the long wait.
The set arrives in a sturdy box, with all parts well packed and protected from damage.

- 65 resin parts
- 1 photo-etch fret
- 1 instruction sheet
Parts & Fit
All parts are cleanly cast and show no bubbles or other flaws. The masters come from a 3D printer, which can still be seen slightly in places. It’s remarkable how high the quality already is these days. I also like the “CUT” markings on the sprues, which show exactly where to cut.
Decals & Instructions
The instructions are clear and easy to follow, leaving nothing to be desired.
Conclusion
I’ve seen quite a few detail sets, but this one has left the best impression so far. Flawless resin parts, sensible photo-etch, and a good instruction sheet. If everything fits as well as it looks, which I expect it will, this set comes highly recommended.
