Sen-Toku

History

The largest submarines of the Second World War, built to carry and launch 3 aircraft each (I-400 class). I-404 was about 95% complete when it was bombed and was never commissioned. I-403 and I-406 through I-409 were cancelled in October 1943 before completion.
